After making contact through either our contact page or phoning 0410291122 we will have a brief discussion about your inquiry before scheduling in a site visit for a free quote. When we arrive at the scheduled time and determine the best solution to your needs we will provide a verbal on the spot quote (with a formal written quote submitted via email within 24hours) If it’s something small we may be able to fix it on the spot, bigger jobs or jobs requiring custom materials such as flashing, Down pipes, Guttering, Roofing etc we will take the needed measurements and will return back at site at the earliest convenience, if it’s a roof replacement then a safety rail will be erected & roof delivery will arrive 24-48 hours prior to work commencing, for gutter or flashing replacement we usually schedule deliveries from our supplier for the same day work commences. After the job is completed we’re more than happy to provide photos to show the pride we’ve taken in our workmanship of any areas not seen from the ground.
